Edaphos, Aligote, 2019
BARBED OAK VINEYARD | BENNETT VALLEY, SONOMA, CA
Edaphos is the project of husband - wife team Todd Gotula and Erin Brooks, along with their winemaker Joseph Ryan. The team brings to life lesser-known vineyards, grapes and styles through beautiful, honest representations. Edaphos is a greek word meaning base, ground or soil. A wine’s “edaphos” is it’s beginning, it’s the vineyard where wine embarks on its journey.
Medium-bodied with notes of yellow apple, grapefruit, honeycomb.
